UIMG Community Health Clinic’s Obstetrics is a low-cost, quality ultrasound facility currently in its 13th year of imaging in women’s health. Diagnostic Medical Sonographers perform obstetrical ultrasound exams under the direction of a board-certified Radiologist.

As part of the obstetrical ultrasound evaluation, the mother’s pelvic region is also evaluated for any signs of complications. The UIMG clinics utilize state-of-the-art GE ultrasound equipment. Expectant mothers can receive a 3D keepsake image upon request.

UIMG Community Health Clinic's team routinely performs transabdominal ultrasound and endovaginal ultrasound which is a minimally invasive ultrasound where a special probe inserted into the vaginal area allows your provider to see pelvic structures in more detail than can be seen by transabdominal imaging alone.
